The Conescu-Doolin Music Education Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, who plan to major in music, either instruments or voice. Preference is given to students residing in Multnomah County. Applicants must attend a four-year music school. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
