1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Conescu-Doolin Music Education Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors, including graduating GED recipients and home-schooled students. Applicants must be studying music, instruments or voice. Eligible colleges are four-year music schools only. Preference will be given to residents of Multnomah County.
