The Candace Callan Scholarship will be awarded to students who will only attend community, trade, and vocational colleges in Douglas, Lane, or Linn County. Preference will be given to applicants who identify as female. Preference will also be given to applicants who have recently turned their lives around. The scholarship may be automatically renewed and may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
