1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Blackman Family Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Portland Public school district, Centennial, David Douglas and North Clackamas high schools; or GED and home-schooled graduates from Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Johnson City, Milwaukie, or Portland. Preference will be given to first-generation immigrants to the United States. Applicants must have a GPA between 2.0-2.4. Preference will also be given to students with evidence in their Activities Chart of participation in school activities. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. Non-Oregon residents must upload Page 1 of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary) to be considered for this scholarship. This information is required for financial need consideration.
