The Bill Bruns Commitment to Service Scholarship will be awarded to Fraters who must be active members of the Gamma, Beta-Chi or Gamma-Kappa chapters. Fraters must demonstrate service to Fraternity, campus, and community. All of the TKE Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active collegiate members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity as defined by The Black Book Article VI Section 2 unless otherwise specified.
