The Baker Professional Women's Initiative Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Columbia County High Schools. Preference will be given to graduates of Scappoose and St. Helens High School. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 20 quarters or equivalent.
