The Weller Family Scholarship will be awarded to applicants who must be or must have been in foster care. First preference will be given to graduates of high schools in Lincoln County and second preference will be given to graduates of high schools in the coastal communities of Clatsop, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane, or Tillamook County who have not yet attended college. First preference will be given to residents of Lincoln County and second preference will be given to residents of the coastal communities of Clatsop, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane, or Tillamook County. Preference will also be given to students with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Students may apply-compete for one additional year.
