The Trail Blazers Legends Scholarship will be awarded to graduates (including GED recipients) of Oregon high schools who have not yet attended college; or current residents of Oregon who are graduates (including GED recipients) of high schools outside Oregon and have not yet attended college. Non-Oregon residents must upload Page 1 of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary) to be considered for this scholarship. This information is required for financial need consideration.
