1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Frank L. TouVelle Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Jackson County high schools. Preference will be given to first-generation college attendees. Students may attend any 1-, 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit or for-profit, or accredited vocational/trade, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. Financial need is a consideration and filing of FAFSA is required. Non-Oregon residents must upload Page 1 of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary) to be considered for this scholarship. This information is required for financial need consideration. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually.
