1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Nadie E. Strayer Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Baker County high schools, including GED and home-schooled students, who have not yet attended college. Prior recipients reapplying are not required to be current residents of Baker county. Filing of FAFSA is required, however, financial need may or may not be considered. Non-Oregon residents may upload Page 1 of their FSS. This information is optional for financial need consideration. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually.
