The Mike and Betty Morgan Scholarship may be awarded to students who are Harney County residents or students who are graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates) of Harney County high schools. Eligible majors are agriculture-related fields. Students may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
