1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Maxine Town Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wallowa County high schools. Applicants must be female students or those who identify as female. Preference will be given to students who major in STEM (Science, Technology, Education or Math majors). Students may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. This scholarship may be automatically renewed for up to four years if renewal criteria are met.
