The Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship is provided per year to support academically superior students undertaking full-time research education. The program is designed to enable students to succeed in Platform Areas of scientific research in the areas of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Nanotechnology. Master's students may receive $26,000 per year and Doctoral students may receive $31,000 per year. This scholarship is open to Canadian citizens, or Permanent Residents or international students living in Alberta. Applicants must apply through the Faculty of Graduate studies at their university.
