1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Palomar Amateur Radio Club (PARC) Scholarship will be awarded to those with active Technician Class License or higher. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Preference is given to applicants residing in San Diego or Imperial Counties, CA. Applicants must be a high school senior and performing at a high academic level. Applicants are also encouraged to be a member of PARC. Applicants must demonstrate activity and interest in radio service such as emergency communications, equipment constructions, or community radio services.
