1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The ARRL Scholarship to Honor Barry Goldwater will be awarded to a licensed radio amateur. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be students or future students at fully accredited institutions or universities. Up-to-date, official transcripts of secondary school and other work must be provided. Transcripts must cover the applicant's entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded. Application is open only to graduating highschool seniors and undergraduate students. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club attesting to the applicant's regular activity on the Amateur Radio spectrum and within the Amateur Radio community.
