1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Francis Walton Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with any active license class. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be a resident of the ARRL Central Division. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Illinois. Eligible fields of study are agriculture, electronics, history, broadcasting, communications or related fields. Any institution is eligible. Preference is given to applicants demonstrating knowledge of CW (code) and/or those demonstrating interest in promoting Amateur Radio Service.
