The BAC Local 3 Sullivan Kraw Scholarship is for current Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 3 California employees and members and/or their spouse, children and grandchildren. The qualifying member must have been a member in good standing of BAC Local 3 California for at least five years immediately preceding the date of application. Applicants must be a currently graduating high school senior, high school graduate, or undergraduate student planning to attend a college or university.
