1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The New England Amateur Radio Festival (NEAR-Fest) Memorial Scholarship will be given based on the following preferences: First preference is given to those with Extra Class License; Second preference is given to those with General Class License; and Third preference is given to those with Technician Class License. Applicants must have held an amateur radio license for a minimum of one year prior to the date of application. Any undergraduate degree students or two-year technical school students in radio communications are eligible to apply.
