The Herman M. Holloway Sr. Memorial Scholarship is for high school seniors who plan to attend Delaware State University. Applicants must have an unweighted cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and a combined score of at least 1000 on the SAT or the equivalent score on the ACT.
