1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Army ROTC Study.com Scholarship will be given to a student enrolled in Army ROTC at their college or university. Study.com wants to recognize students who have the dedication and strength of character necessary to be successful in the competitive ROTC program. Selection will be based on academic history and extracurricular activities. Financial need will not be considered. Graduating high school seniors who meet the criteria may apply.
