As part of our commitment to attract the best and the brightest to the nursing profession, we're proud to announce that we are awarding the NurseRecruiter.com Scholarship to people who want to further their education and make the world a better place at the same time. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in or admitted to a nursing degree program approved by a state board of nursing and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education at a school eligible to participate in the Federal student financial assistance programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended. Applicants awarded a scholarship grant may be required to submit documentation to verify their enrollment in or admission to a nursing degree program. Submitted photos and essays will be used to help promote the scholarship program. Submitting a photo is optional and not required to apply for or receive a scholarship. There are three deadlines for application. The Spring Semester deadline is January 15; the deadline for Summer Semester is May 15; and the deadline for the Fall Semester is September 15.
