1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The CTRI/Chris Seeber, KA1GEU, Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with General Class License or higher. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be residents of the ARRL New England Division. If no suitable applicant is identified, applicants from all regions will be considered. Eligible fields of study are Science, Science Education, Math, Math Education, and Engineering or Technology.
