Medical Scrubs Collection is dedicated to recognizing the individuals who go above and beyond to help others every day. Applicants must be citizens of the United States or in possession of an Alien Registration Card. They must be high school seniors or enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in the medical field such as therapy, nursing, medicine, nutrition, laboratory science, dentistry, etc. Preference will be given to students with a physical disability. Applicants may choose to submit their statement in either writing with relevant pictures or image form with a short description. Submissions will be judged on content, creativity and quality of work.
