1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Each year, the Oregon Association Chiefs of Police (OACP) provides college scholarships to students who plan to enter law enforcement or other criminal justice career fields or are currently in the fields and are taking college courses to further their careers. Those who may apply are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in a criminal justice or related program at an accredited institution. Preference points will be given to those entering or are in law enforcement; immediate family members of an Oregon Police Officer killed or disabled in the line of duty; or dependents of OACP Members. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a college instructor, high school counselor, or a representative of their current institution.
