Golden Opportunity Scholars is for undergraduate students seeking to attend further education. Students must be paired with a mentor who is a society professional with similar interests and career goals, and be sponsored by the American Society of Agronomy and the International Certified Crop Adviser program. They must receive financial support for travel, lodging, registration, and other costs related to attend the Annual Meetings. Also, they must receive financial support for travel, lodging, and other costs related to Congressional Visits Day in Washington D.C. the following spring.
