1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The William E. Keene Memorial Scholarship is not restricted to U.S. citizens and eligible noncitizens. Eligible career field is public health, with a strong interest in epidemiology. Preference will be given to majors in public health, epidemiology, environmental health science, health care management, and health education behavioral science. Preference will also be given to students with a 3.00 GPA or higher. Financial need may or may not be considered and submission of FAFSA is recommended. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
