The Western Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Scholarship will be awarded to students who will enroll as college junior or above for the fall term or semester. Preference will be given to students with a 3.00 GPA or higher. Preference will also be given to students interested in a career in transportation or transportation-related fields. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of three years. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
