1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Mary Elizabeth Guest Scholarship is open to graduates of Oregon high schools. However, this scholarship is not open to graduating high school seniors. The eligible career field is Special Education with a preference for teaching students with severe behavioral disorders. Eligible colleges are four-year public and nonprofit colleges only. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Financial need may or may not be considered but the submission of FAFSA is required. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
