1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Jessie M. Bork & Jessie M. Bell Scholarship supports graduate students enrolling in master's degree programs at Oregon's four-year public institutions. Preference is given to those pursuing studies in education, engineering, healthcare, mathematics, science, or technology. Applicants must enroll at least half time and are encouraged to submit the FAFSA, though financial need may or may not influence selection. The scholarship is automatically renewable for recipients who continue to meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
