The John C. Fitzgerald, Jr. Scholarship is available to any collegiate member of TKE who is in good standing with his university and TKE. Preference will first be given to a member of the Theta-Upsilon chapter completing undergraduate coursework, but if there is no qualified applicant, the scholarship will be open to any other qualified Teke. All of the TKE Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active collegiate members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity as defined by The Black Book Article VI Section 2 unless otherwise specified.
