1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Recognizing the need for a well-educated workforce, Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter and the Idaho Legislature established the Opportunity Scholarship to remove barriers to higher education and prepare college or university graduates to enter the workforce. The Opportunity Scholarship is renewable for up to four years. Applicants must have graduated or will graduate from an Idaho high school or its equivalent or Idaho homeschool (GED/HSE from Idaho).
