To be eligible, applicants must be high school seniors who are 18 by the first day of the program; undergraduate freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors; or graduate students. Applicants may also be American citizens of Polish descent or legal permanent residents of Polish descent (green card holders). Applicants must be non-resident Wisconsin students who attend Wisconsin colleges and universities. Two letters of recommendation from teachers or professors with whom the applicants have studied recently must be submitted. One of the letters can come from an officer or supervisor of an organization or club in which the applicant is active or for which they volunteer.
