The John S.W. Fargher Jr. Scholarship will be awarded to a graduate ISE student who exhibits academic excellence and noteworthy contributions to the development of the industrial engineering profession. Applicants must be students in the U.S. and its territories. They may not be self-nominated. All applicants must be students with a graduation date of May 2027 or later, and enrolled in an industrial engineering program that is accredited by an agency or organization recognized by IISE. Students must first submit a nomination before they can submit a scholarship application. The nominations open on September 1. Nominations must be submitted by November 15. Qualified nominees will then be asked to submit an application package that includes the application form, transcripts (may be unofficial), and three letters of recommendation.
