1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Roberts Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Oregon public high schools. This scholarship is not open to graduating high school seniors. Preference will be given to Oregon residents. Eligible majors are biological or chemical sciences, leading to a career in environmental toxicology and chemistry. Applicants must have completed more than one year of college-level science by the scholarship deadline. Financial need may or may not be considered; filing of FAFSA is recommended. Students may apply-compete for one additional year of the scholarship. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a mentor that references their research.
