The Oregon Albacore Commission Scholarship will be awarded to Oregon commercially licensed albacore tuna landing permit holders, their captains, and their children and dependents who have paid assessments to the Oregon Albacore Commission within the past year; and processors, employees and their children and dependents where the business has purchased Oregon albacore tuna and paid assessments to the Oregon Albacore Commission within the past year. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is required. Students may apply-compete for one additional year.
