The Allen and Bertha Watson Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with active Amateur Radio License class. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be residents or students of a 4-year university or college in Oklahoma. If no qualified applicant is identified, residents or students of a 4-year college or university in the ARRL West Gulf Division (Texas and Oklahoma) are eligible.
