The Indianapolis Amateur Radio Association Scholarship Fund will be awarded to those with active FCC-issued amateur radio license. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be residents of the State of Indiana. If no qualified applicant is identified, preference will be given to applicants from the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin).
