There is no license requirement for North Fulton Amateur Radio League Scholarship. Applicants must have residence in Georgia. If there is no qualified applicant, preference will be awarded to an applicant from the ARRL Southeastern Division (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). Eligible fields of study are Engineering or Computer Science. If there is no qualified applicant, the award will be given regardless of the field of study.
