1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to adult students who have graduated high school or earned a GED, or current adult nursing students. Application is also open to former recipients. Preference will be given to current public health nurses continuing education. This scholarship is also open to current, preferably public health, nursing students pursuing a nursing career, preferably public health.
