The Eleanora Gibbs Wylie for Nursing Education Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university, with preference given to public universities in West Virginia. The scholarship is renewable for three years (four years total). Preference will also be given to students in the fields of study in Nursing or Gerontology. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts.
