The Herb Smith/Eunice Fleming Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university. Eligible fields of study are Music, Theater, Musical Theatre, and/or Dance. Preference will be given to those from Fayette, Kanawha, or Wood counties. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts.
