1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Stuart and Lucille Armstrong Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university who must be an Episcopalian in the Diocese of West Virginia. Preference will be given to applicants from St. Christopher, Charleston. Seminarians are ineligible for this scholarship. Applicants must submit the name and location of their home parish along with their Rector's name and contact information. Applicants must submit their most recent grades.
