1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Applicants for the DREAM Former Foster Youth Scholarship must meet one of the following criteria: (1) Priority will be given to those who applies for and qualifies for the Chafee Education and Training Grant, or; (2) was adopted from foster care between the ages of 14 and 16, or; (3) former Chafee awardee now over age 23 and currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, or; (4) Chafee-eligible youth who did not receive Chafee funds before age 21. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
