1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Ernest Alan and Barbara Park Meyer Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Oregon high schools. Prior recipients and students transferring or planning to transfer from a community college to a 4-year school in the same calendar year are eligible to apply. No post-baccalaureates. Preference will be given to first-generation college attendees. Eligible colleges are any four-year public or private colleges or universities, or for-profit accredited universities located in the United States. Students must apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
