The Ernest Alan and Barbara Park Meyer Scholarship is open to prior recipients and students transferring or planning to transfer from a community college to a four-year school within the same calendar year; post-baccalaureate students are not eligible, and preference is given to first-generation college attendees. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
