The David Knaus Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with an active Amateur Radio license. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must have residence in Wisconsin. If none identified, they may have residence in the ARRL Central Division (IL, IN, WI). Bachelor's degree or a 2-year Associate's degree are eligible.
