1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Technical Training Fund Scholarship will be awarded to graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Oregon high schools. Applicants must demonstrate extraordinary technical or artistic potential in the areas of craftsmanship, manual skills, art, music, culinary arts or other related areas. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is required. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
