The Technical Training Fund Scholarship is open to graduates of Oregon high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, who demonstrate extraordinary technical or artistic potential in areas such as craftsmanship, manual skills, art, music, culinary arts, or other related fields. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
