1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Farrold Stephens Scholarship will be awarded to students with experience as a vocal performer or music educator. Eligible career field is vocal performer or music education. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is required. Semifinalists will be contacted by the donor group and invited to submit a non-returnable CD of a musical performance. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must submit the first page of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship.
