The Chester and Helen Luther Scholarship will be awarded to graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of any high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington. Eligible majors are nursing for undergraduate and graduate students; or medicine for graduate students. Eligible colleges are Oregon and Clark County, Washington colleges. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must submit the first page of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship.
