The Bill, W2ONV, and Ann Salerno Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with active Amateur Radio License Class. The applicant must be holding an amateur radio license for at least one year. Any field of study at an accredited 4-year college or university is eligible. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.7 or higher. Their aggregate family household income must be no greater than $100,000 per year. Recipients may receive this scholarship only once.
