1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The National PELRA Foundation Graduate Student Scholarships will be awarded to graduate students currently enrolled and seeking a graduate degree in human resources, labor and industrial relations, public administration or political science. They must have a strong and documented interest in the public sector. Students currently working for state, local, county or special district governments will receive preference. Applications from National PELRA members are encouraged. Recommendations from at least two faculty members who know the applicant are required.
