1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Developed through Anthony and his family's passion to help deserving students reach their dream of attending a local college or university, the Foundation's Scholarship Fund awards multiple scholarships to select Tri-State high school seniors. Students are interviewed and chosen based on their financial need, academic achievement, ability to overcome adversity and their ambition to succeed. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior. Applicants must attend a high school in the Tri-State region, defined as the counties of: (A) Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, (B) Indiana: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Switzerland, Union, (C) Ohio: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Montgomery, Preble, Warren. They must have a college freshman standing by fall of 2024 and be a student entering an accredited Tri-State college or university. Applicants must also demonstrate a desire and intent to overcome adversity, and fulfill a leadership role in the community.
